I have less than 40 days left on my first contract onboard and I honestly don't know where the time has gone. I've worked literally every day for 13 weeks straight and don't even remember what a day off feels like. But it's so worth it. I've met amazing people and done amazing things (have you swam with sea turtles? I have!) and am so in love with my job. It's worth the exhaustion and small living arrangements and everything else.
